Predict! Risk Controller Configuration Workshop (PRC-03)
Risk Decisions' workshop facilitator will guide you in determining and establishing the appropriate Predict! software configuration and will deliver a corresponding configuration report. The number and/or duration of workshops will depend on our organisation's requirement. This will typically comprise of four stages: Discovery, Documentation, Review and Implementation.
Phase 1: Discovery: Risk Decisions will facilitate the workshop to gain an understanding of your current risk management process and definitions. We will suggest ways that these can be mapped onto a Predict! Risk Controller configuration to meet your needs.
Phase 2: Documentation: Based on Phase 1, Risk Decisions will propose a configuration for Predict! Risk Controller, to meet your requirements. This will be submitted in the form of a configuration report doucment.
Phase 3: Review: Once you have had had the opportunity to review Risk Decisions’ proposed configuration, Risk Decisions will modify the Configuration Report to reflect any agreed changes.
Phase 4: Implementation: With a defined, agreed and documented configuration there are alternative options for setting up Predict! Risk Controller, either implement it for you, or coach you on how to do it yourself.
