UK Ministry of Defence: Health and Usage Monitoring Systems IPT
With the assistance of Risk Decisions, the UK MoD’s Health and Usage Monitoring (HUMS) IPT achieved Level 3 in the MoD’s Risk Maturity Assessment and successfully made their submission to the MoD’s Investment Approvals Board for ongoing investment. For the first time, this IPT now understands the project cost drivers and have a process for funding mitigation actions by forecasting 12-24 months in advance.

UK Ministry of Defence: Instilling ‘Confidence’ in International Stakeholder co-operation of UK Chinook Programs
The Chinook IPT found Predict! invaluable for determining most cost and time effective schedule for the program over other, less robust, ‘pie in the sky’ plans being suggested. The IPT risk-adjusted the options for cost and schedule, ran the Predict! risk analysis and, in conjunction with the contractor, were able to collectively determine the best option, ensuring greater confidence in the international stakeholder community.

Selex Sensors and Airborne Systems (Selex SAS): Reaping the rewards of interfacing Risk and Earned Value Management
By utilising the risk information that all Selex SAS projects hold in the Predict! software and considering this with the EVM baseline, Selex are able to form a more complete picture of the status of their projects. As a result schedules, can be optimised for risk and consequently are more realistic. Plus sharing a risk informed plan has improved relationships and that in itself has facilitated better communication with our customers.
