- Interfacing Risk and Earned Value Management
Interfacing Risk and Earned Value Management explores how the individual practices of risk and earned value can be enhanced by interfacing these two disciplines. The guide started out from the discussions held by members of the APM Risk Management SIG and the APM Earned Value Management SIG and which included other individuals, companies, and professional organisations, including the NDIA Risk-EV working group in the United States. In early 2005 a group of Risk and Earned Value professionals set out to examine how these two processes can be interfaced more effectively and to produce this Guide: Val Jonas, CEO of Risk Decisions Group, was a key member of this group.
