Support & Maintenance Contracts
The Risk Decisions products are supplied with a Support & Maintenance Contract that is valid for a year; thereafter these contracts are renewable annually and entitle users to:
- Access technical support via the phone or email
- Receive software updates, as and when they occur
If your Support & Maintenance Contract has expired and you would like to renew it please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Current Software Releases
Our policy is to support fully customers running the current and its preceding version (shown in brackets below). Customers with valid Support and Maintenance Contracts automatically receive these updates.
The current supported versions of the Predict! product family are listed below. If you are running an earlier version, please contact us to discuss upgrading so that you can benefit from the latest product enhancements.

We announced in June 2007 that Release 2.18.2 would be the last software update for the client-server version. We currently still provide support for this, and the preceding version to customers with a current Support and Maintenance Contract. No further updates will be provided.
