This course equips delegates with sufficient knowledge to generate good quality 3-point estimates, and to understand how they are used to make informed decisions about the potential cost or timescale of a product/project. These decisions may be in a bid environment or for an existing piece of work, e.g. setting the price for a bid or the end date for a project.
Risk Decisions’ trainers Keith Gray and Heather Groom have extensive experience in transferring their practical skills in estimating and risk analysis. They will be running ‘Practical 3-point Estimating’ courses at venues throughout the UK. Contact us for the schedule and venue details.
