As part of our strategy to grow our Asia-Pacific team, we are looking for someone with an adventurous nature to become our Customer Delivery Lead based in Australia. You will work with our local business development and customer support staff to delight our customers through successful delivery of our products & services, helping them to stay on track to achieve their desired outcomes.

You will have primary responsibility for ensuring our Asia-Pacific customers are getting benefits and successful outcomes from using our products and services. You will work as part of a collaborative and customer-focussed team to negotiate priorities in an agile and flexible way. This is in order to maximise customer satisfaction from their initial contact with the business development team through to handing over to customer support.

You will be self-organising, with critically important project management and communications skills combined with a team-working ethos.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivery of Risk Decisions’ products and services to customers:
    • Project managing implementations of the Predict! software and associated services.
      • Marshalling resources to ensure that all aspects of the project are successful.
      • Workshops with customers to ascertain how they should use the software.
      • Configuring the software to meet business needs.
      • Understanding and delivering reporting requirements.
      • Training and coaching.
      • Helping stakeholders to switch from existing systems to Predict!
    • Consultancy – along with learning our software, we will upskill you to be able to deliver:
      • Risk management support – helping customers to become better at risk.
      • Bid, project and analysis support.
      • Risk identification workshops.
      • Risk review workshops.
    • Preparing materials for future delivery of services:
      • Creating and updating training materials (e.g. manuals, online learning materials, slideshows, template project documents, videos etc.).
      • Understanding and testing new product features.
      • Updating product documentation.
      • Working with customers to understand “user stories” to help shape the future product roadmap.
  • Pre-sales support to the business development team to plan future rollouts and aid successful outcomes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Our requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 2 years working in a software delivery scenario, covering all aspects of a project from start to end.
    • Experience of working within risk management or in an associated environment would be an advantage.
  • Personal attributes
    • Well organised with the ability to continuously prioritise and re-prioritise working as part of team.
    • Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities.
    • Self-motivated and self-organising with a strong desire to do the right thing.
    • Curiosity about understanding customers’ objectives and business drivers.
    • Demonstrable ability to understand and communicate customer needs.
  • Practical
    • Willingness and ability to travel within Australia and abroad.
    • Successful achievement baseline security clearance in Australia (required to pass probation).
    • One day a week face-to-face with the in-country team (location TBA, most likely Sydney).
