Mr Keith Roach, Risk Management Consultant.
Before moving into consultancy Keith was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Management at BAE Systems for over 7 years. He was Cohort Lead for the Risk Management Steering Group within the Corporate Risk Management team at BAE Systems and served as the Chair of the BAE Systems Predict! User group. With a wonderfully down to earth approach, Keith has particular strength in helping organisations develop and implement workable risk frameworks and the supporting processes that underpin them.
Mrs Val Jonas, CEO, Risk Decisions Ltd.
Val’s commitment to the organisational value of effective risk management has defined her leadership at Risk Decisions. CEO since 1998, and recognised as a global risk management specialist, Val works closely with clients as well as leading conversations on the cultural, process and technical issues within the project, business and enterprise risk management world. To help customers navigate through this change, Val helps shape risk management standards and guidance. Val reviewed the UK Office of Government Commerce’s ‘Management of Risk’ guidance and has collaborated on risk management guidance with the Association of Project Management, Project Management Institute and US National Defense Industry Association.

Having worked with risk management for the last 3 years, Nis has been apart of implementing risk management in Femern A/S. Responsible for risk analysis in order to follow the progress of projects and minimising the occurrence of risks.
