Risk Decisions, a small and dynamic software company based in Oxford, are looking for a patient and attentive customer service oriented Help Desk specialist to provide first-line software support to users of our Predict! 5 risk management software.
You will work with our global customer support team to deliver our service level targets by efficiently managing end-to-end telephone and email help desk cases. Your goal will be to give our users a quick and easy experience of resolutions to their queries and issues; leaving them feeling valued, respected and supported.
Your role will be to build on our excellent reputation for providing knowledgeable and friendly support. It will be key to delivering our strategic goals for customer service.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software customer service
• Aptitude for problem solving in a business software application environment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
