Predict! Risk Analyser

Welcome to Predict! Risk Analyser Foundation Course.

This course is a hands-on introduction to Predict! Risk Analyser using our cloud-based training environment. Users will work through exercises, using Risk Decisions’ example cost and schedule data.

After the course, you will have a good understanding of the Monte Carlo analysis techniques used when performing cost and schedule risk analysis.

You will understand the inputs you require for effective risk analysis as well as be able to create your own models for cost and schedule uncertainty analysis, both with and without risks.

You will develop the ability to use and interpret Predict! Risk Analyser’s key features and reports to enable more informed decision making.

You will gain an appreciation of Monte Carlo analysis and understand the required inputs. You will be able to apply this to create simple models for cost and schedule, with and without risks, and will know how to use and interpret Predict! Risk Analyser’s key decision-making features and reports.
