Foundation Course

Welcome to Predict! Risk Analyser Foundation Course.

This course is a hands-on introduction to Predict! Risk Analyser using our cloud-based training environment. Users will work through exercises, using Risk Decisions’ example cost and schedule data.

After the course, you will have a good understanding of the Monte Carlo analysis techniques used when performing cost and schedule risk analysis.

You will understand the inputs you require for effective risk analysis as well as be able to create your own models for cost and schedule uncertainty analysis, both with and without risks.

You will develop the ability to use and interpret Predict! Risk Analyser’s key features and reports to enable more informed decision making.

Course Pre-requisites – Users must be familiar with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera or Open Plan, to perform schedule risk analysis.

Who is this course for? – This course is for Risk analysts, subject matter experts, schedulers and project managers. This course applies to all users of Predict! Risk Analyser, whether they are using it as a standalone application or launched from within Predict! Risk Controller.

Welcome to Predict! Risk Analyser Coaching.

This is an interactive session working with your data to help you interpret the Predict! Risk Analyser outputs.

You will gain an appreciation of Monte Carlo analysis and understand the required inputs. You will be able to apply this to create simple models for cost and schedule, with and without risks, and will know how to use and interpret Predict! Risk Analyser’s key decision-making features and reports.

Course Pre-requisites – Delegates must be familiar with scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera or Open Plan.
