Hatch project delivery group implements Predict! to manage risk on $35bn major projects portfolio globally.

Hatch, a global engineering, project and construction management company, implements Predict! to manage risk on capital projects and analyse risk information across business units, regions and clients.

Implementing Predict! represents a move to support the Hatch Digital Project Delivery (DPD) service that supports the delivery of major capital projects through technology-driven, data-centric process workflows for their global clients.

Greg Ramsay, Global Director, Risk Management, said: ‘We recognised the need to implement a tool that could support the consistent approach and delivery of our risk management processes on projects, including risk reporting across business units, regions and clients’.

He added: ‘We needed a flexible risk management system which allowed us to configure risk registers and risk scoring criteria to suit the needs of our clients. We chose Predict! because it is powerful yet easy to use. It also offers an attractive concurrent licensing model that works well with the way we use the tool in our regions worldwide’.

Val Jonas, CEO at Risk Decisions, said: ‘We are delighted that Hatch have chosen to implement Predict!. One of the strengths of Predict! is its flexibility, which really comes into its own when used on a global scale. We are proud to add another Canadian company to our list of global blue chip customers.’
