We are excited to announce that Roger Garrini will be presenting at the SCAF Vendor Day 14th November!
Roger brings over 20 years of experience working within risk management and his contributions are truly invaluable. Although currently based in the defence industry, Roger draws expertise from a vast and diverse range of projects that cross all industry sectors. For Roger, scheduling risk management and realism are the critical issues which need to be the focus in risk management.
Roger will be answering the following question:
“What comes first? Plan or analysis.”
Risk Decisions will be attending the Society for Cost Analysis and Forecasting (SCAF) Vendor Day on the 14th November 2017.
